AAJA-Los Angeles Trivia Bowl
We invite you to be part of Trivia Bowl XI, our annual fundraiser for scholarships and other chapter programs, at the Japanese American National Museum, 369 E. First St., Little Tokyo, Los Angeles, Calif. 90012
Trivia Bowl is always a sensational success, with more than 300 media and community leaders participating in our sold-out event. Who will take home the coveted Rice Cup this year?
Our event will include a buffet dinner, starting at 6:30 p.m., and an evening of exciting, dynamic and fun competition starting at 7. Meet, greet and dine with AAJA members from newspapers, television, radio and new media – and then challenge them in our “Jeopardy!”-style knowledge competition.

AAJA-Los Angeles
In 1981, six visionary Asian American journalists gathered at the Little Tokyo Service Center in downtown Los Angeles to form the Asian American Journalists Association. What they created nearly 25 years ago has grown into a national organization with 19 chapters and a membership topping 2,000.
Our Los Angeles Chapter goals have remained steadfast through the years: to provide funding for scholarships, student internships and mentoring programs; to sponsor professional development programs to help career journalists advance within their organizations; and to work with news organizations to promote fair, accurate and more inclusive coverage of Asian Americans.
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization; contributions may be tax deductible. You can visit our website at www.aaja-la.org for additional information. We look forward to seeing you at Trivia Bowl XI.
