Are you a mid-career journalist wondering how to make the right professional move?  Are you wondering how to break into management?  ELP is for you!

The Executive Leadership Program’s (ELP) Introductory Session is a program available exclusively to AAJA members.  It is designed to help Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) journalists develop the skills required to become newsroom leaders and executives.  This multiday program will help you gain clarity on your career goals, recognize your strengths, identify needed improvement areas and arm you with the skills to bring those goals to life. Open application will begin this fall, so check back regularly for more details.
