Inspire, Imagine, and Influence

NOV. 6 to NOV. 8

For the past 20 years, AAJA has cultivated and coached nearly 500 industry professionals through our Executive Leadership Program (ELP). Our alumni have gone on to become editors and managers at established news organizations such as the New York Times and NBCUniversal as well as emerging content, media, and tech companies such as Google.

As ELP looks to the future, we want to build on the success of the program and open it to a wider audience.

Those who want to succeed in this new era of multiculturalism need to build a broad set of skills. The next generation of leaders can’t just have a strong journalism background. They also need a deep understanding of the news business — and how it’s evolving. They need to recognize the changing demographics of our world. And, they need to leverage that knowledge to reach a wider audience and grow their organizations.

That’s the inspiration for I-Con, an invitation-only leadership event taking place in Miami from Nov. 6 to Nov. 8. For ELP grads, you will be seeing some familiar faces and more.

Fill out this invitation form for this unique opportunity to inspire, imagine and influence our current and future media leaders.
