Pennsylvania Eatery Defends English Only Policy

The owner of a cheesesteak shop in Philadelphia posted a sign on his shop that read: "This is AMERICA: WHEN ORDERING 'SPEAK ENGLISH.'" The Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations filed a discrimination complaint against the owner, who said the debate on immigration reform prompted him to put up the sign.
