Alabama Shrimper Throws Children Off Bridge

A Vietnamese American shrimper in Alabama admitted to throwing his four children off a bridge into murky waters after an argument with his wife. Lam Luong came to the U.S. in 1984 and lived in Bayou La Batre, which has a large Southeast Asian population.
