An international manhunt for a fugitive has led to his arrest in Chamblee, Georgia, a small town with a 14% Asian population. Police say Nai Yin Xue, originally from China, killed his wife in New Zealand, abandoned their young daughter "Pumpkin" in Australia, then fled to the U.S. Although Xue, a martial arts expert, appeared on "America's Most Wanted," some Chinese Americans saw his photo in the Chinese language World Journal newspaper, hog-tied him and called police.
