The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) is disturbed by new guidelines by federal law enforcement authorities that allows investigations of individuals on mere suspicion, instead of evidence, of questionable activity. The ADC says this is a serious misstep that jeopardizes the rights of Arab, Muslim and South Asian Americans.
