A memorial to fallen journalists has been erected on the BBC building in London. U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon unveiled the memorial, a glass and steel cone which illuminates nightly, dedicated to journalists killed while on assignment. An estimated two war reporters per week have died in the past decade.
