Ivette Yee Becomes Assistant Director of Communications at the University of Miami's College of Arts and Sciences

Ivette Yee is the new assistant director of communications at the University of Miami's College of Arts and Sciences. Her main responsibility is as editor of Arts and Sciences magazine, an award-winning glossy publication for student, faculty and alumni and will oversee the college's website. Previously, she was arts, entertainment and philanthropy writer at the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. Yee is currently vice president of the AAJA Florida chapter, and was the co-chair of the 2007 AAJA Miami National Convention. She is a graduate of the 2005 ELP Class in Miami.
