Ron Kitagawa Becomes Assistant Managing Editor for Production at the San Jose Mercury News

Ron Kitagawa, features editor at the San Jose Mercury News, has been named assistant managing editor for production. He will oversee design, graphics and the copy desk for the paper. Kitagawa, who just celebrated his 10-year anniversary at the paper, is a past AAJA San Francisco Bay Area chapter president and a graduate of the ELP Pioneer Class of 1995 in Los Angeles.
