Janet Cho Receives Reynolds Center Fellowship

Nov. 26, 2008

Janet H. Cho, a business reporter at The Plain Dealer in Cleveland and AAJA National Vice President for Print, has been awarded one of 14 fellowships to attend a week-long "Strictly Financials Seminar" presented by the Donald W. Reynolds National Center for Business Journalism at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University. The all-expenses-paid seminar, to be held Jan. 6-9, 2009, teaches business journalists how to better understand financials, from stock markets and bonds to financial statements and company research. AAJA member Hanah Cho, a business reporter and workplace columnist for The Baltimore Sun, was a fellow in the inaugural "Strictly Financials Seminar" in 2008.
