Thomas Lee Named Knight MIT Science Journalism Fellow

Thomas Lee, a business reporter at the Minneapolis Star Tribune, has been selected as a Boot Camp Fellow and will attend a three day Kavli Workshop on Nanotechnology at MIT from June 15-18. The workshop teaches the basics of the issues regarding nanotechnology, and consider the underlying science and the overarching political and economic factors involved.

Lee is currently the AAJA Minnesota chapter president, participated in Camp AAJA in 2008, directed the Voices Student Projects in 2007 and is a graduate of the Miami ELP Class of 2005.
