Professional Programs
AAJA Broadcast Mentor Program
The AAJA Broadcast Mentor Program offers members in broadcast journalism the opportunity to mentor or to seek a mentor within AAJA's membership.
Executive Leadership Program
Take charge of your career! AAJA's Executive Leadership Program offers the opportunity for mid-career journalists to explore the challenges that face them as Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in the media, and learn leadership skills to help them face those challenges and move forward in their careers.
The Men of AAJA: DVD Showcase
AAJA has made a commitment to promote Asian American broadcast men as part of the organization's mission to diversify newsrooms and the airwaves. The "Men of AAJA: DVD Showcase" catalogues Asian American male television reporters, anchors, weathercasters and sportscasters. Copies of the DVD are available through the AAJA National Office.
Fellowships

General Programs
Camp AAJA
Camp AAJA is a three-day program that provides chapter leaders the skills to build themselves, their team, their chapter and their local networks and coalitions. The program is designed to hone participants' leadership skills and provide a venue to discuss effective national and local strategies to help achieve the organization's goals.
Study Tours
AAJA partners with organizations such as the Asia Foundation and the United Nations Development Program to offer study tours and a deeper look at what is going in developing countries in Asia and Southeast Asia.
