AAJA hosted the Executive Leadership Program 15th Anniversary Leadership Summit, August 2-4, 2010 at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel & Spa, in Los Angeles, CA. The event was attended by 53 participants and looked at the changing meaning of media, entrepreneurship and how to reinvent your career. It also celebrated the 15th Anniversary of AAJA's Executive Leadership Program.

The two-day Advanced Session of The Executive Leadership Program provides additional training in leadership and work/life balance issues, and concludes with the annual ELP Networking Luncheon featuring a panel discussion by top industry professionals.

Mentor Program

The ELP Mentor Program offered a unique opportunity for one-on-one career guidance with a mentor, and continued leadership training. Those who are clear about their goals, and who are ready to work on next steps, are urged to apply.
