San Francisco is a world-class city with the restaurants to prove it. While there is an endless amount of places to choose from, the San Francisco Chronicle has created an interactive map of the town’s tasting menus so you can sample with ease.
The SF Chronicle food team also highlighted the Bay Area’s nine four-star restaurants and their tasting menus so you can try some of the nation’s top restaurants. Three of these are just a 3-5 minute car ride away: Benu ($228), Quince ($195) and Coi ($155 – $195).
A trip beyond the city boundaries can take you to some foodie favorites, including Chez Panisse in Berkeley ($288) and The French Laundry in Napa’s wine country ($295).
For more tasting menu options, view the Chronicle’s complete list.
