Meet the VOICES Class of 2017

VOICES is celebrating its 27th anniversary in 2017 at the annual AAJA National Convention in Philadelphia, July 26-29. For more than two decades, VOICES has had a long track record of placing alumni and mentors in jobs with national and international media, including the Dallas Morning News, National Public Radio, the Wall Street Journal and the Huffington Post.

VOICES is a valuable leadership and mentoring program that aims to increase diversity in journalism by providing job-ready candidates for hiring media employers. Through the week-long news operation held at the AAJA convention, VOICES provides key learning opportunities for aspiring young journalists through mentorship with media professionals. Meet the staff of VOICES 2017.
