• Candidate must possess strong leadership, motivational and sales skills along with a proven track record of success.
• Manage a team of Media Sales Consultants and Success Coordinators that focus mostly on Local Direct, non-transactional business, and achieving new business goals.
• Exceptional skills in recruiting, coaching, and training exceptional sellers is a must.
• Achieving digital and broadcast sales objectives, building relationships, communicating clearly and the ability to forecast, budget and execute a strategic plan is critical.
• Spreadsheet and above average TV sales software skills are important, including Wide Orbit, Matrix, Comscore, and Media Sales.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university. Two or more years related experience.
Required skills include pro-active creative leadership, new business development, sales training,
relationship building and a successful track record in television sales.
