About AAJA Small Market Broadcast Journalists
The AAJA Small Market Broadcast Journalists (AASMBJ) is a group for small market and entry level broadcast journalists in the Asian American Journalists Association. The group provides networking opportunities and an online support system for AAJA members who are working at small market television stations or at midsize and large market stations as entry-level production assistants and desk assistants.

Co-Director Miles Furuichi
Miles Furuichi is a multimedia journalist at KOBI in Medford, Oregon. He's an alumnus of Chapman University where he earned a degree in English and journalism. He's attended several workshops such as the Sound of Life Storytelling Workshop and learned from dozens of passionate people in the industry. Miles brings his own individual flair and drive to tell stories that make an impact in the community.

Stella Sun is a multimedia journalist and fill-in anchor at KTMF in Missoula, Montana. She earned her bachelor's degree in journalism and media production from Washington State University. She is passionate about helping the community and telling stories that make an impact to others."
