AAJA’s Simon and June Li Leadership Transformation Fellowship is a groundbreaking program that supports the best and the brightest Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) journalists to accelerate their media leadership and entrepreneurial journeys.
2024 LEADERSHIP TRANSFORMATION FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
Applicants to the Fellowship will apply to programs such as Columbia’s Sulzberger Executive Leadership Program, CUNY’s Executive Program in News Innovation and Leadership, and Poynter’s Media Transformation Challenge. Fellowships are awarded contingent on acceptance to the applicant’s program.
2024 KEY DATES:

- Thursday, Oct. 31: Poynter MTC Fellowship deadline
- November: AAJA Simon and June Li Leadership Transformation Fellowship deadline

AAPI journalism leaders are encouraged to apply. Space is limited and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until filled.
