AAJA Announces Paid, One-Year Multimedia Journalism Fellowship with Yahoo

Work with Yahoo News, Yahoo! Finance or TechCrunch as a multimedia journalism fellow

AAJA is pleased to announce the AAJA x Yahoo Multimedia Journalism Fellowship. In this partnership, Yahoo seeks to place one AAJA member in a paid one-year fellowship at Yahoo News, Yahoo Finance or TechCrunch, running from June 6, 2022 to June 2, 2023.

Yahoo Multimedia Journalism Fellows will work with one of Yahoo’s major editorial brands over a one year period, exploring a wide range of topics and learning new perspectives from seasoned journalists and producers building Yahoo’s presence on a range of platforms. This is a paid fellowship, with a salary to be commensurate with fellows’ respective experience and qualifications.

Applications are now open and run through April 29. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled. AAJA members are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.
